Summary

I’m currently an Assistant Professor of School of Software Convergence at Myongji University. I received a Ph.D in Computer Science & Engineering from Seoul National University with focusing on bioinformatics. My main research area is multi-omics integrative analysis for investgating cell state in terms of gene expression regulation. I have focused on developing multi-omics integration algorithms and tools using machine learning, network analysis, reinforcement learning and causal inference to investigate gene regulation mechanisms.
